Known issues
Pick My Loot is in beta alongside World of Warcraft: Forever. This is what we know is missing or wrong.

Numbers
- Spell, talent and item data come from the open-source engine and are still being checked against the Forever beta. Expect small differences while the beta changes; anything we confirm as wrong is listed here or fixed.
- Boss damage on tank pages is the engine's generic model (a swing every few seconds), not a real boss. Fitted damage profiles from combat logs are coming.
- The Tank tab's DPS budget assumes everyone builds threat steadily from the pull with no misdirects, taunts or threat drops, so it is a ceiling. Its chance of death depends on the incoming healing set under Settings; the default is a low estimate, so expect a scary number until you set your healers' real output.
- Healer pages run the engine's healing model; a healer sim that replays real raid damage is planned for after the first raids.
Import
- The Pick My Loot Exporter addon has not yet been tested on a live beta client. If
/pickmylooterrors or an export section saysunavailable, send us the output of/pickmyloot debug. - Items the engine's database does not know are skipped and named in a warning after import. Forever-only items may be missing until the database catches up.
- Races the engine does not model yet are left unchanged on import; the warning says which.
- Shirt and tabard are ignored on purpose.
Site
- Warcraft Logs links are collected only: we save the reference and nothing on the site uses it yet. Direct log uploads open after launch, together with the parser that fits boss damage from them.
- Tooltips and icons load from Wowhead; with an ad blocker or offline they may not show.
- The simulator itself is built for a desktop or tablet screen, like every wowsims-based sim: on a phone the row of result tabs runs past the right edge and needs a sideways scroll. The landing, log and known-issues pages fit a phone.
